Meet Carla - The proud owner of EMPOWERED.
Carla's passion for fitness and her dedication to helping women achieve their goals are evident in the welcoming and supportive environment within EMPOWERED.
She has always been fascinated by the human body's capabilities and strives to improve her own physical performance as an Australian Track Athlete while inspiring other women to achieve their health & fitness goals.
As a current Bachelor of Physiotherapy student and having completed further learning in Female-specific coaching and Pre&Post-Natal coaching, she offers safe and effective programs for women at all stages in life.
Whether you are a beginner or have plenty of experience in the gym, Carla and her team are committed to helping you achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself!
Kate Mornard, Coach
Kate has recently joined the team all the way from London, UK where she was personal training for the past 7 years. Kate specialises in women’s health, and has worked with numerous clients with female related issues, such as, and not limited too, PMDD, menopause, pregnancy, and PMS. Focusing on functional fitness to help you increase longevity, improve mental health and get stronger both inside and outside the gym.
‘My job is to create an open space for women, where nothing is ‘too much information’, embarrassing or taboo. I want to teach women we are not ‘little men’ therefore we need to train, eat, and rest differently to them.'
Chelsea Lane, Coach
ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist & ASCA level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Chelsea has a passion for helping people, especially women, realise their strength & improve their fitness with a holistic but tough coaching style to help you push your limits.
She believes strength training is essential for both health and longevity.
Chelsea coaches our Monday & Wednesday afternoons and runs our Junior sessions every Thursday!
